WHO I AM
Hello, my name is Sotero Cancino, I was born in the small yet picturesque town of Actopan located in the state of Hidalgo, Mexico, I have a passion for the outdoors and chasing sunsets. Like many people, I took the traditional route of school, good grades, and accepted a steady job on the sales team within an office. The work and money were satisfying, but I felt unfulfilled in a desk job and wanted to follow my dreams of chasing landscapes, sunrises, and sunsets.One day, I started working with a great photographer who was an incredible human being and mentor. Upon taking my first shots assisting him, I received such an amazing feeling of accomplishment and happiness. I knew that I had found my life’s passion, my gift, and my new career.
